The property_is zoned "commercial ". The Board of Zoning considered this matter at its regular meeting on September 10, 1964. The staff reported that this proposal meets all of the density standards and that the parking lot plan complies with all of the standards for this type of facility and has been approved by the Traffic Eggineer. In co_n_ ' sidera on of these factors, the Board of Zoning recommends the granting of a permit or an car off -street parking lot on the above described property in accord- ance with final revised plans dated October 7, 1964.
