RESOLVED, That William H. Weitzman, owner of the
subject property, be permitted to install and operate an
18 -car off - street parking facility on property located on the
north side of Grand Avenue between Fairview Avenue and Wheeler
Street, more particularly described as Lots 7 and 8, Block 3,
Elmer and Morrison's rearrangement of part of Macalester Park,
in accordance with final revised plans dated October 7, 196+;
provided that said applicant - permittee, and his successors and
assigns, shall make due compliance with all municipal ordinances,
state statutes and rules and regulations of public authorities
having cognizance.

Dear Sir:
This is in reply to the referral of the application of William H.
Weitzman for a permit -to install and operate an 18 car off - street
parking lot accessory to a pro.posed�18 unit.apartment building which
is to be constructed on property located on the'nortb'side of Grand
Avenue between Fairview Avenue and Wheeler Street and is described
as Lots 7 and 8, Block 3, Elmer $i Morrison' -s Rearhangement of part'
of Macalester Park. The property_is zoned "commercial ".
The Board of Zoning considered this matter at its regular meeting
on September 10, 1964. The staff reported that this proposal meets
all of the density standards and that the parking lot plan complies
with all of the standards for this type of facility and has been
approved by the Traffic Eggineer. In co_n_ '
sidera on of these factors,
the Board of Zoning recommends the granting of a permit or an
car off -street parking lot on the above described property in accord-
ance with final revised plans dated October 7, 1964.
