Dayton's Addition to St. Paul, and in Block 82 of Lyman Dayton's Addition to the City of Saint Paul the following: the West 50 feet of the East 350 feet of the North 134 feet; the North 50 feet of the East 100 feet; the South 43.6 feet of the North 137.2 feet of the East 100 feet; and the North 43.8 feet of the South 87.8 feet of the East 100.feet. +l - - 1il under Preliminary Order 219977 approved September 15, 1964 The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner, of Finance upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves: 1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. , 2. M., in the Council Chamber of the Court House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul.
