WHEREAS, at the recommendation of the Saint Paul City Council, the installation of a lantem style street ]ighting system will
not be constructed due to a survey by the Department of Public Works to the affected property owners, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the installation of a lantern style street lighting system be cancelled and
rescinded from the Fina] Order, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the remainder of the Final Order continue in its entirety.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Council File No. 06-168, date February I5, 2006, said resolution being the Final Order
necessary to the approval of File No. 19019 for improving Burlington Road from Totem Road to Totem Road by constructing a
❑ew bituminous surfaced street with concrete curb and gutter, concrete driveway aprons, boulevards landscaped with sod and
uees, installation of a lantern style sueet lighting system, consuuction of a new storm sewer system and doin� all other
necessary work to complete said project, and
