PAUL COUNCIL NO_ v OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK n ,COUNCIL RESOLUTION- GENERAL FORM PRESENTED BY COMMISSIONI RESOLVED, that the City of Saint.-Paul, through its proper City officers, is hereby authorized to accept the sum of $311.09 in full settlement of all subrogation rights of the city under the Workmen's Com M.99, sation Act, and for damage to the City's squad car in the amount of said settlement growing out of a third party accident in which Robert M. Arnold, a policeman, was injured on April 7, 1964, by reason of which accident the following payments were made to and on behalf of said employee: to St. John's Hospital,•$55.00; to Dr. D. B. Peterson, $16.00; to Registered Bill No. 3 -4240, $85.99; and to Robert M.
