The administrator then invoiced the City for the cost. Advanpges NApproved: The Ciry will be able to recwer the cost of repairing Uus condemned property and making it safe and habitable. The Ciry also can replenish its funds for future rehabilitation work through the Tenants Remedy Action Program.
