conferred thereon; that the said assessment has been completed, and that hereto
attached, identified by the signature of the said Valuation and Assessment Engineer,
and made a part hereof, is the said assessment as completed by him, and which is
herewith submitted to the Council for such action thereon as may be considered
proper.

A new state ]aw, entitled Tenant Remedies Acrion, ptovided authority for individuals and organizarions to seek court assistance in
f'acilitating the repair of properties with numerous code violarions, The court appointed an administrator who performed the necessary
repairs on ttus properly. The administrator then invoiced the City for the cost.

The Ciry will be able to recwer the cost of repairing Uus condemned property and making it safe and habitable. The Ciry also can
replenish its funds for future rehabilitation work through the Tenants Remedy Action Program.
