PAUL AVENUE from Edgcumbe Road to W. 7th Street and DAVERN STREET from St. Paul Avenue to the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad by regrading and paving the roadbed; by grading and paving street, alley and driveway returns; by constructing curb; by grading and sodding boulevard areas; by reconstructing the paving, curbing and sidewalks on intersecting streets where not in conformity with said.improvement; by constructing traffic control facilities where necessary; by reconstructing storm water drainage facilities; by constructing sewer, water and gas service connections where necessary; and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement. under Preliminary Order 207948 , approved July 3, 1962 Intermediary Order 91 O?P , approved December 4; ,1962 Final Order 210581 ,approved January 2, 1963 The assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for and in connection with the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved. RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had an said assessment on the iOth day of December, 1964 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of hearing, the nature of the improvement, and the amount assessed against the lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
