PAUL Resolution Approving Assessment and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon and Fixing Time of Hearing on the Award of Damages COUNCIL FILE NO LIM File No. 16508 220816--- In the matter of opening, widening and extending a street to be known as HARBOR STREET from W. Water St. to Harriet Island by taking and condemning an easement for highway purposes on a strip of land 80 feet wide on and across the Chicago and Northwestern Railway Company right -of -way in the N.W. k of the N.W. k of Section 7, Township 28 N., Range 22 W., the center line of said 80 foot strip is described as follows: Commencing at a point on and measur6d on the center line of W. Water St. 548 feet east of the center line of Smith Ave. and making an angle of 90° with the north line of W. Water St.; thence northwesterly to Harriet Island . under Preliminary Order 918817 , approved June 23, 1964 Intermediary Order 91x9446 , approved August- 4, 1964 , Final Order 21970 , approved September 1, 1964 The Commissioner of Finance having submitted his report in the above matter as to the amount of damages awarded for the taking of the land or easements therein appropriated for the above im- provement and to whom payable;- and also having submitted his assessment of benefits to property from the making of said improvement, therefore be it Resolved, That the said assessment of benefits be and the same is hereby approved. Resolved further, That a public hearing be had before the Council upon said report and for a con- firmation of the award of damages made by the Commissioner of Finance, and also upon the said as- sessment of benefits; at the Council Chamber, in the Court House in the City of St. Paul on the 23rd day of December, 1964 , at ten' o'clock A.M. and that the Commis- sioner of Finance be and he is directed to give notice of said hearing as prescribed by the Charter.
