!l public hearing is to be held at 10 A.M. onYFebruary 13�
1964 in Council Chambers proposing to assess the cost of benefits
arising frotn constructing the Sky Blue {Paters Sewer System. A�p
client has been assessed $515.39 as it+� benefit..
� In 1961 a tWenty foot strip was taken from n0.Y clieat�s
proper't� for a sewer easement (see attached copy) at which t.ime my
elient wsis awarded $150.00 in damages le�s $133.50 beaefits. At ,
this time it �vas admi.tted by the city engineera that this easement
was solely for a sewer for the Sky Blue Waters Motel. This hote�l
vas ha�ing cesspool problems causing s�aage to rise to the surface.
At said time it was pointed out that the cheape$t aad most practiaal
way to get a sewer to said motel was over my client�s property.
At that time iqy client protested the easement over hia priva�e
• property because it prevented them from making any permanent improve-
ment over said 20 foot strip.
Nithin the last year my alient wa asseased �1�232.56 for
a sewer on Burns Avenu` Which will service �y client�s entire property.
The Sky Blue Waters Sewer Syatem does not benefit �}* client
in any form� shape or u�anner.
If a street ever went through on the North border of �y
alient�s property, the sew�r on said street would again be assessed
againet n4Y client�s property.
