The Council of the Gity of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner'of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having conaidered sa.id report, hereby resolves: `
1. That the said report and• the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. _ .
2. That the nature of the iinprovement which the Council recommends is
to eonstruct a public seWer in Interstate Highway No. 35E right-of-Way from Hoyt
Avenue (Producec�) to approximately 890 feet south of Hoyt Avenue (Produced) � �

House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of� Finance give notice of
- said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by th� Charter, stating the time and place af _ ,
