EREAS. A written proposal for the makin¢ of the followine imnro.
Condemning'and taking an easement for the purpose of constructing and maintaining
a public sewer on, under and across the westerly 4' of the easterly 6� of 'Lot 23,
Block 4, Mackubiri and �larshalls Addition from` Fuller Ave. to the alley in the rear
of said lot. Also condemning and taking a��temporary easement for construction
purposes on a st�ip of lend 8� in width on the west side of the above easement and
� . the east 2' of Lot 23 and the_west,6�' of Lot 24, all in Block 4, Mackubin and

2. To inveatigate�the nature, extent and estimated coat of said improvement, and the total cost thereof.
3. To furnieh a plan, profile or sketch of said improvement.

4. To state whether or not eaid improvement is asked for on the petition of three or more ownere.
5. To report upon all of the foregoing mat�te�r�t�t��he`�Cvmmissioner of Finance.
