RESOLVID, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Cotr�ittee

services necessary for and reasonably incidental to the wrecking only of dwelling
and garage and removal of steps, walks and miscellaneous concrete and debris located
at 245 West Congress Street, Saint Paul, Minneso�ta to A. KAI�SH CON�ANY in accordance
with City specifications therefor hereto attached a.nd the Informa.l Bid �6367 of
said A. Kamish Cot�pany, Ci�ty to pay Contractor $�+50.00, such bid being the lowest
and said A. Kamish Cotr�any being a reliable and reasonable bidder and the Corporation
•Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor,
and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on
