Upen, widen and extend the p.roposed ARCH-PENNSYLUANIA HIGHWAY from �tsego St. and
Lafayette Road to :De Soto St. by condemning and taking, lots and parcels of land,
and by condemning and taking permane�t and temporary construction easements, air
rights, pier easements, bridge easements, sewer easements and easements in the
land necessary for the slopes, cuts and fills, including right of removal of lateral
support from subject land or remainder thereof, occasioned by excavations thereof
or construction of slopes in the gra� ing and paving of said highway and easements
for all other possible contingencies on the following described lots and parcels
of land,all in the City of St. Paul :
