of �.nsuranee to be written in favor of the Citg of Saint
Paul, insuring said City� against loss or damage occurring

part of their employment. by employees, known in insurance
fields as "Class I" , receiving automobile allowance for said
use of their automobiles� and for employees� known in insuran.ce
circles as "Class II"� oecasionally using personal �automobiles
as a part of their employment, for whieh no automobile allowance
or reimbursement is made.
