The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
- �upon the above impravement, and having considered sa.id report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and� the same is hereby appraved and adopted, a,nd the said improvement
- is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. '
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to reconstruct the sidewalk on the east side of Cretin Ave. from Berkeley Ave. to
the north approximately 125 ft. abutting 2179 Berkeley Ave. and by doing all other ,
work which is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement except where
. good and sufficient sidewalks now exist
