RESOLVED, upon and pursuant to the appeal by Fred S. Herring,
et al, under the Zoning Code, and as owners of the sub�ect premises classified
under said Zoning Code in "A" Residence District, situate on the north side
of East Montana Avenue between White Bear Avenue and Flandxau Street in
Saint Paul, embracing in excess of three platted lots ad�o�����.°premises
classified under said Zoning Code in Commercial District, and described
as follows:

the provisions of said Zoning Code hereby are determined and varied, in
application, as and to the extent necessary therefor, a.nd a special
permit hereby is granted,unto said appellants and their successors a.nd
assigns, to construct, maintain, and operate on said hereinabove described
premises, a 23-unit apartment building, sub,ject otherwise to complia.nce
with all applicable provisions of municipal ordinances and State statutes

I enclose herewith and submit to you in connection with this
appeal two site plans that contain the following information:
� The property lines and dimension�; the status of the present
and proposed grades in relation to street and location and
size of the proposed building; the type of the proposed use;
the area of proposed off-street parking, and the plan is drawn
to scale showirig overall dimensions, with north arrow, scale,
your applicantts name , the date and the legal description, all
in accordance with the requirements for this appeal. . - 1
� ± On the plan herewith submitted, your attention -is called to the
parking �area as outlined. Upon the approval of this appeal,
the parking area will be laid out and located a required ,distance , , �
of eight feet from the lot lines, with provision for dense screen- . -
