RESOLVED, That WTCN-TV is hereby granted permission to
use the sidewalk of the City of Saint Paul at 1� West Seventh
Street for the purpose of telecasting the Winter Carnival Parade
on danuary 25, 196�+, said use to consist of construction of a
platform on and over said sidewalk, said platform to be constructed
by Safeway Scaffolding and to have a minimum clearance of seven
feet over the sidewalk, said permission to allow for the construction
. of said platform on Friday, January 2�, 196�+, and removal to be
� completed no later than �:30 P.M. , January 27, 196�4; and the ap-
