Jeske and Frances Mary Jeske against the City of Saint Paul. THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That the proper City officers are hereby authorized 1. to pay, out of the Judgment and Compromise Fund, to Anthony J. Jeske and Frances Mary Jeske, the sum of One Hundred Fifty -eight and no /100 Dollars ($158.00) in full settlement of their claim for expense arising from a clogged sewer in the street which services their home at 2153 Jefferson Avenue, in Saint Paul, on or about March 18, 1964. , Section 2.
