7 through 10, Block B, ,A. Vanc¢ Brox��s Snbdivision of
"Stinson, Brown & Ramsey�s�� Addition to Saint ravl.
Council Fi1e No. 217l�lt7, ap-
proved .�lpril 8, I96�, authorized an option to the State
of Minnesota on the above lots for a purchase price of
�6,100. The State now wishes to take �p the option,
and I: recommend that the praper City officiais be a�-
t2nrized to execute a conneyar�ce of said lots on a fox�m
approved by the 'Corporation Counsel.
Inasmnch as these lots are
part of the cinder yasd located on the norfi.herly side
of rleasant Ave�►ue ad,jacent to the Short �,iae Railroad,
and the State �ill eventually acquire all_of the City�s
yard, I recoaunend that the purchase price be credited_
to Furid DTo. 0289R in order that fvnds Will be avaii_
• able for the acquisition of and removal to a new site.
