WHEREAS, the Hoepital Facility Building Commission, at
its regular meeting held on April 8, 196�+, authorized exeeution
of a contract dated March �+, 196�+, between Standar�: X-Ray Sa1es
Company, Inc. , as party of the first part, and The Hosp3.ta1
Facility Bu3lding Commission of tre, City of Saint Paul and County
of Ramsey, and the City of Saint Pau1 and the County of Ramsey,
Minnesota, as party of the seeond part, for the purchase of X-ray
equipment in the amount of �29,009.00; and ,�,,,,.
WHEREAS, the Hospital Facil3.ty Building aommission in letter
dated April 9, 196�+,from Francis M. Tompkins, Executive Secretary,
to Harold J. Riordan, City Clerk, has requested that the City
Coune3.1 approve said contract and authorize the pY�oper City of-
ficials to execute the same on behalf o� �the Ci�y of Saint Paul;
now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby
authorizes, approves and ratifieathe action of the Hospital
Faeility Building Commission in the premises and authorizes the
proper City officials to execute, on behalf�af said City,' the
aforementioned contract. ---..

Dear Mr. Riordan;
The Hospital Facility Building Commission, at its regular business
meeting held on April 8, 1964, authorized a contract for the pur-
chase of X-Ray Equipment in the amount of $29,009;00 with the
Standard X-Ray Sales Company Inc.
The Commission respectfully requests that the City Council of the
City of Saint Paul approve the above contract and authorize the
t�layor, City Clerk and the City Comptroller to sign the contract
on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
