The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the pre-
liminary order of the Council known as Council File No. 215844
approved_ Dec. 17th. iq 63 relative to reconstructing the side-
walk on both sides of l+Taseca St, from Page St, to Baker St, and by doing
