The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the pre—
liminary order of the Council known as Council File No. 215843
approved Dec. 17th. 19 63 relative to reconstructing the side—
cvalk on both sides of Strvker Ave from Isabel St, to ti+1 Delos St and
bv doincr all other work which is necessarv and incidental to comnlete
said improvement.
