RESOLVEDs That the Council hereby concnrs in the recommendstion af the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby re�ects all bids received Yor Grading and Paving Top of Dike from r
Y�basha Street to Water Street and Water Street t�avq Island Bridge for the reason
that the loar bid is an imbalanced one and unacceptable to the Minnesota State High�ray
Department who w311 share in the construction costsa It is recommended that new bids
be requested under revised specifictions,
