RESOLVID, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, that it has
been made to appear, and this Council accordingly finds, that no sewer,
. water, gas or electric main pipe or conduit, or any other public instru-
mentality was located within the following described, now vacated, section
of public street or within the following described, now vacated, section
of public alley situate in the City of Saint Paul, County of Ramsey,
Nlinnesota, viz: •
East Nebraska Avenue between the easterly line of Barclay
Street and the Westerly line of Dieter Street; also the
alley in Block 2, Dahl's Addition, except so much thereof
as lies south of a line 30 feet north of and paxallel to

was made, either by said Resolution or by any Ordinance, as an incident to the
