2 WHEREAS, The Como Zoo and Conservatory Society (CZCS) is a registered nonprofit organization formed to
3 promote, support, preserve and enhance Como Park Zoo and Marjorie McNeely Conservatory at Como Pazk
4 (Como Campus); and
6 WI3EREAS, the CZCS has offered to donate a Cushman Titan electric powered transport vehicle for staff use
7 within the Como Campus; and
9 WHEREAS, the value of the Cushman is $9,346.44; and

ll NO W, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts the donation of the
12 Cushman Titan; and be it

14 FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council sincerely thanks and expresses its appreciation to Como
15 Zoo and Conservatory 5ocieTy for this generous contribution benefiting the City of Saint Paul's Como Campus.
