Condemning and taki�ng an easement in the land necessary for the slopes, cuts and fills
and temporary construction easements, all including the right of removal of lateral
support from subject land o� remainder thereof, as shown by Qrawing No. 1858s slope
drawer 2, dated April 1, 1964, on file in the Department of Public Works, occasioned
by const�uction work both Nithin and �eyond or outside of the street boun y lines
for the grading and paving of Ruth Street from Upper Afton Road�to the rig t=of-way- -
of U.S. Trunk Highway 12j as well as condertning and acyuiring the right which shall �
be in the nature of'�a,n easement to establish the grade or alter the grade heretofore
established in said Ruth Street, which condemnation and acquisition shall incl�de
the taking of all right, claim, or interest of abutting property owners in any grade
heretofore established or existing in said Ruth Street;, and providing therefor and
authorizing the establishment of grade or change o� grade in accordance with Dr�awing
No. 929, paving drawer 12, dated April 8, 1�64, on file in the Department of Public
Works; and further, providing therefar and authorizing, where appropriate, awards to
compensate abutting owners for all taking or damaging of Qrivate property resuiting
- to subject properties and incorporating all such compensation to which an abutting
owner may be or become entitled,if any, into a single award with respect to• each
