WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that a request for a(ID # 20060000825)
HealthlSport Club License (Change of ownership only) for LTF Club Operations Inc., doing business as
Lifetime Fitness of Highland Pazk at 2123 Ford Parkway, be approved with the foliowing condition:
1. The license holder agrees to provide two and a half (2 '/2) hows of free ramp parking and incremental
payment aRer the free time limit for all patrons of the Lifetime Fitness Center.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby approves this license
application.
