Zacrison's Addition. On May 2, 1964, Lots � _ 3, 4, and the east 14 feet of Lot 5 were rezoned to a commer- cial district; the balance of the site has been zoned commercial . - since the enactment of the Legislative Zoning Code in 1922. _ The subject property has a frontage of .190 feet on the south � side of Maryland Avenue and=121.5 feet on the east side of Arkwright Street, resulting in an area of 23,085 square feet. � w - . The �Board of Zoning considered this matter at its regular � meeting on May 14, 1964.� The staff reported that the plans met all of the sta'ndards for this type of facility,, and that � the plan indicated that the ten-foot buffer will be maintained - at the elevation of the adjoining property to the east which is approximately five feet above the �subject property. The ' Traffic Engineer' has reviewed the proposal and recommends approval.
