I transmit herewith preliminary estimate of cost for the construction of �
a sanitary sewer in RUTH STREET from T.H. #12 to about 130 feet south of North �
Park Drive, under Preliminary Order C.F. 216179, approved January 14, 1964. .
'
The construction of this sewer along with the grading and paving of Ruth
Street will be combined into one contract. The cost of about 30 stub connections
10 feet long, constructed under the storm sewer, is to be borne entirely by the
owners of the benefited property. The estimated cost of each stub is $50.00.
