li mi nary order of the Counci 1 known a s Counci 1 Fi le No. 216541
approved Feb. llth. 19 64 relative to reconstructing the sidewalk
on both sides of Simpson St. from Lafond Ave. to Blair Ave. and bv doin� all other
work which is necessary and incidental to comnlete said imurovement.
