WI��R�A�, The City Council, as provided by law, has authorized
the D'epartment of P"arks And R.ecreation And Public Buildings to
enter upon the premises known and described as 245 W. Congress
S.�reet, in the City of Saint Paul, and to tear down and
remove the two �story frame ttr�o family dwelling and garage
thereon as being unsafe and dangerous to life, limb, and adjoin- �
ing prop�rty, and
WHEREAS, Pursuant to such Council action, bids for the tearirig
down and removal of said buildings were duly advertised for
in accordance with the proyisions of the City Charter, and the
loWest bid 'was in the sum of $450.00 and the expenses of the
Department of Parks And Recreation And Public Buildings in con-
nectiori with condemnation proceedings and wr`iting specifica-
tions amounted to $77.25, making a total of $527.25, and
WHEREAS, There are no funds now appropriated in the Builda�n�g
Wrecking Emergency Fund for the wrecking and remoyal of said
buildings, be it
RESOLVED, That said sum be paid out of the Wrecking Buildings-
Demolition Accourit 0976-256 and that in the event said sum
