PRESENTED BY ORDINANCE NO. 2171.85 An ordinance amending Chapter 81' of the St. Paul Legislative Code, Seetion 81.02, pertainf�g to charges for use of t je Municipal Auditorium. THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That Section 81.02 of the St. Paul Legislative Code be and the-same hereby is amended-by adding at the conelusion kof said-Section 81.02, the following paragraph: f "Notwithstanding, any of the foregoing provisions of this Section 81.02, the Council may by resolution indicating aipublie need therefor waive all or any portion of the charges hereinbbfore set forth where , the City, pursuant to a formal agreement, enters a cooperative undertaking with another organization or organizations whereby or whereunder the Cityts reimbursement for use of"the Auditorium or any portion thereof is t© -be paid by receipt! of a portion of the net or grossfrevenues by the City. The provisions of any such agreement entered - into between the City and another organization or organizations may be in lieu of all or any portions of the-charges specified py this Sectionf81.02."
