RESOLVED, That in view of the condemnation by the City of

Saint Pau1 of Lots 4 and 5, Block 35, West St. Pau1 Proper, under
which condemnation the City of Saint Paul has acquired title to
said premises as of January 8, 1964, and i.n the further consider-
ation of the fact that one Melvin G. Englebretson, former owner,
is still holding in occupancy aand has filed an appeal from the �
award of damages, the proper city officials may be and hereby are
authorized to issue appropriate eviction notices to said Melvi.n G.
Englebretson in order to secure vacation of said premises not later
