The Council of the City of St. Paul ha.ving received the report of the Commissioner of F�nance
upon th'e above impravement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report a.nd the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. �
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Cauncil recommends ia
to reconstruct the sidewalk on the south side of Euclid 5t. from Maple St. to Bates
Ave. and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to compl.ete ,

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the _ l�+th day of
A,�ril� 196�+ , at th�our of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber af the Court
House and City Hall Building in the Ci y of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place af
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the tota,l cost thereof as estimated.
