RESOLVED, That the City Comptroller is hereby authorized
and directed to :'establish and maintain a fund to be designated
. as "Trust Fund, Special Police Badges," to which fund shall be
credited all checks and cash received by the Bureau of Folice
� under Section 3 of Ordinance No. 12642, from applicants for
� and recipients of Special Police Commissions. �aid deposits
; so credited to the fund shall be for, the purpose of securing
. the return to said Bureau of Special �Police Badges issued in
� accordance with said Ordinance.
