� . The Council of the G°ity of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of �`inance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves: •
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. � -
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Cauncil recommends is .
to reconstruct the sidewalk on-the west side of Griggs St. from Blair Ave. to the
south approxi�.tely-125 ft. abutting 1220 Blair Ave. and by doing all other work
which is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement
