The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon th'e above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, a,nd the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Cauncil recommends is
to grade a.nd surface with bituminous ma,terial the alley in Block 2, Kipps Glen
Terrace �rom Dealton Avenue to Selma �a.ne

with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ �+��+79.70
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the Z� day of
April, 1964 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber af the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of F`inance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place af
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the to�a,l cost thereof as estimated. MpR 10 196�
