reason of the following facts and cir-
cumstances:
Emergency repairing of traffic sig-
nals.
Therefore Be �It Resolved: That the
proper city officers aze hereby auth-
orized to pay the employees who per-
formed such work in accordance with
the provisions of the Councll's Salary
Ordinance No. 6448.
