Riordan City Clerk , guilding Dear Sir; This is in reply to the referral to the Board of Zoning of the application of Lloyd and Patricia Stransky to install and operate a drive-in restaurant facility (McDonald drive-in) with 36 car off-street parking accessory there- to on property located at the northeast corner of Jefferson Avenue and Oneida Street. A copy of the legal description is attached. The property is zoned commercial. The subject property is vacant and has a frontage of 120 feet on the north side of Jefferson Avenue and 164.5 feet on the east side of Oneida Street resulting in an area of 19,740 square feet. The Planning Board staff and the Traffic Engineer have reviewed the plans and recommend approval subject to the installation of sidewalks on both Jefferson Avenue and Oneida Street, and curbing along the Oneida Street frontage together with provision to handle the surface drainage water. � The Board of Zoning considered this matter at its regular meeting on Feb- ruary 20, 1964, and after hearing the report of the staff, recommended the granting of the permit subject to the recommendations of the staff and Traffic Engineer and in accordance with� final plans dated March 4, 1964.
