\ RESOLVED, upon due consideration of the pertinent application
of Lloyd J. Stransl�y and Patricia Stransky, that a permit hereby is granted
unto said applicants and their successors and assigns, for the installation,
maintenance, an.d operation of a drive-in restaurant business a,nd facility a.nd
a 36-car capacity off-street parking facility accessory to same, on the
following described real estate abutting on the east side of Jefferson
Avenue between Oneida a.nd Clay streets in the City of Saint Paul:
Commencing at the northeast corner of Jefferson Avenue
and Oneida Street; thence north along the east line of
Oneida Street to intersection of south line of Clay Street;
thence east along the south line of Clay Street a distance
of 120 feet; thence southerly to a point on the north line
of Jefferson Avenue; which point is 120 feet east of the
northeast corner of Jefferson Avenue and Oneida Street,
thence along north line of Jefferson Avenue a distance
of 120 feet to the poi.n.t of beginning, all in Block 13,
Stinson, Brown and Ramsey's addition to Saint Paul,
according to the plat thereof on file and of record in
the office of the Register of Deeds in and for said
Ramsey County, P4innesota;
all in accordance with the final hereby approved plan therefor, dated
March 1+, 196�+, herewith filed, and subject to compliance, by said applicants,
their successors and assigns, with all applicable municipal ordinances, State

This is in reply to the referral to the Board of Zoning of the application
of Lloyd and Patricia Stransky to install and operate a drive-in restaurant
facility (McDonald drive-in) with 36 car off-street parking accessory there-
to on property located at the northeast corner of Jefferson Avenue and
Oneida Street. A copy of the legal description is attached. The property
is zoned commercial.
The subject property is vacant and has a frontage of 120 feet on the north
side of Jefferson Avenue and 164.5 feet on the east side of Oneida Street
resulting in an area of 19,740 square feet. The Planning Board staff and
the Traffic Engineer have reviewed the plans and recommend approval subject
to the installation of sidewalks on both Jefferson Avenue and Oneida Street,
and curbing along the Oneida Street frontage together with provision to
handle the surface drainage water. �
The Board of Zoning considered this matter at its regular meeting on Feb-
ruary 20, 1964, and after hearing the report of the staff, recommended
the granting of the permit subject to the recommendations of the staff
and Traffic Engineer and in accordance with� final plans dated March 4, 1964.
