Consulting Architect in the Dept. of Education and he said the City may Endorse said check over to James Steele �onstruction Co., as they made the necessary repairs under Contract G-3353. I hace talked to Neil Comrery in regard to this matter. He is familiar with previous resolutions authorizing the Commissioner of Finance to endorse these claims checks.
