Gentlemen: '
A statement of expense has been filed with the City Clerk on
February 28, 1964 for the purpose of creating a lien on the prop-
. erty known as 662-664 Otsego Street, described s West 62 feet
Lot 7, Block 10, Warren & Wins�low' s A�ddition t�own of �a-i-r-t--� �'.
Paul.
This property is owned by Joseph Rosenblum, 1690-2 Grand Avenue,
Saint Paul 5.
In this matter, the following resolutions were adopted by the
City Council :
C.F. No. 211879, adopted by the Council March 28, 1963 (published
March 30, 1963) set a public hearing at 10 A. M. April 23, 1964.
C.F. No. 212391, adopted by the Council April 25, 1963 (published
April 27, 1963) ordered the wrecking by and at the separate cost
and expense of the owner, occupant, or other person in control
thereof.
C.F. No. 214437, adopted by the Council August 23, 1963 (publish-
ed August 31, 1963) directed the Commis�ioner of Parks And Recre=
ation And Public Buildings to enter the premises and wreck and
remove the 4plex and do any and all things therein necessary for
the protection of life, limb, and adjoining property.
C.F. No. 215378, adopted by the Council November 6, 1963 (publish-
ed November 9, 1963) approved the award of the contract for wreck-
ing to All State Improvement Co. for the sum of $688.00 in ac-
cordance with specifications and Informal Bid No. 6002.
C.F. No. 216738, adopted by the Council February 25, 1964 (pub-
lished February 29, 1964) provided for the wrecking expense of
$688.00 and expense .of the Department of Parks And Recreation
And Public Buildings in connection with the condemnation in the
amount of $59.83 making a total of $747.83 be paid out of Wreck-
ing Buildings - Denolition Fund 0976-256 and, in the e'vent� said
sum proves collectible from the owner, same is to be cr�dited

The building has now been satisfactorily wrecked and a Register-
ed Bill mailed to the owner.
We are requesting that you hold a public hearing with ten days'
notice to consider any complaints about the expenses incurred
and to, confirm the amount. The Council resolution confirming
the expense should end with a directive to the City Clerk to
file a- statement of expense for the purpose of securing a lien
on the property.
