There is an eight-plex at 467-469-471-473 State Street, describ-
ed a�s Except South 3 feet Lot 8 and Except West 40 feet Lots 9
and 10, Block 68, Town of West Saint Paul Proper.
This is a two story frame building, 51 by 68 feet, partially
open -to vandals, windows broken, plumbing fixtures removed,
holes cut into floors, plaster and lath damaged, and the gener-
al condition very poor. Only two apartments are occupied,
The building is generally dangerous to life, limb, and adjoin-
ing property and should be repaired, or wrecked and removed.
The last known owners are : Arthur K. Wurdemann, 838 Laurel Ave-
nue, Saint Paul 4 and Detroit Lakes, Minnesota; Co-Trustees:
David E. Marsden, 1711 Lincoln Avenue, Saint Paul 5 and
Jos. L. Abrahamson, 1032 Midland Bank Building, Minneapolis,
Minnesota. Danger Notices have been posted.
Kindly institute condemnation action by setting a public hearing
date in accordance with Section 1.07-2 of the Saint Paul Legis-
lative Code.
