RESOLVED, That out of the Workmen's Compensation Account
of the General Fund weekly compensation of $45 .00 be paid Gregory F.
Muellner while he is temporarily totally disabled by reason of injuries
he received on August 31, 1964, while employed by the Department of
Parks and Recreation and Public Buildings and that $135 .00 in final
settlement to and including October 2, 1964, is now payable.
