Under date of October 26, 1964 a printed copy of Council File
No. 220402, was mailed to

This resolution directed the wrecking and removal of the two
story commercial building on the Easterly 37 feet of Part South
of the Alley, Lot 8, Block 16, Rice And Irvine 's �ddition to
Saint Pa�l, also known as 153 West Kellogg Boulevard, as pub-
lished in the official paper.
No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing of
the condemnation proceedings and the structure has not been
repaired or removed. Please proceed with the condemnation ac-
tion, which will authorize the Commissioner of Parks And
Recreation And Public Buildings to enter upon the property and
wreck and remove the structure thereon, and to do any and all
things therein necessary for the protection of life, limb, and
adjoining property.
