ment development located on property on the northeast corner
of Grotto Street a.n.d Pierce Butler Route, more particularly
described as Lots 5 through 15 and 17 through 28� Block 11�
Butterfield Syndicate Add. No. 2, in accordance with final
plans dated October 19� 1g64; provided that said applicant-
permittee� and his successors a.nd assigns� shall make due
compliance with all ordinances� statutes a.nd rules and regula-
tions of public authorities having cogniza.nce.

Syndicate�`.�'�is property "was rezoned to`a light industry district
, on July 3, 1964 as part of a larger tract. _ , _
. The Board of Zoning considereci this matter at its regular meeting .
on October 8, 1964. The staff reported that the proposal met a11
of the requirements for density and building ground_coverage, and
that the off-street= parking=lot plan�met. all� of the� standards for '
this type of facility anfl had been approved by the Traffic Engineer.
� Therefore, the Board of Zonirig recommends the -granting of the permit
for a 102 car off-street parking facility�on'the above described
property in accordance with fina�. plans dated October 19, 1964. �
