This is an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety. THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. Examples of work performed: To remove dents in automobile and truck bodies and fenders. To file, grind, and sand dented or scratched areas on automobile and truck bodies and fenders. To repaint dented or scratched areas on automobile and truck bodies and fenders. To weld body parts, and replace wit- new parts when necessary. To straighten and repair minor frame damage. To correct door alignment. To repair or replace door locks. To fit glass to windows and windshields.
