In the matter of constructing THE TROUT BROOR SEWER ERTENSION
REPAIR NUMBffit 2 - Interstate Highway 35E and Vicinity of Maryland
Avenue, total cost of which is to be financed by pending utility
relocation agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of flighways.
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications for the above named
improvement, as submitted by the Commissioner of Public Works, be and
the same are hereby approved and be it further
RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent be and he is hereby directed
to advertise for bids on this improvement. .
