SOL , upon the report and recommendation of the
City Valuation Engineer and pursuant to Section 303 of the Charter
of the City of Saint Paul, the acquisition of the property known as
849 Euclid Street and legally described as:
Lot eight (8), Kennedys Subdivision of part of Block 82
of L. Da.yton! s addition to St. Paul, accord3.ng to the
plat thereof on file and of record in the Office of the
Register of Deeds in and for Ramsey County, Minnesota;
hereby is approved and ratified, and the proper City officials
are hereby authorized and directed to pay to Robert F. Dicl�nan
and Patricia A. Dicl�nan, owners of said property, the sum of .
$1�,�+00.00, said sum to be paid to the aforesaid parties from �
F'un.d 3700-501 upon their furnishing an abstract of title, con-
tinued to date, or other documents evidencing good, marketable
title in said Robert F. Dicl�nan and Pat"ri�ia A. Dicl�nan, and
upon tender by said owners of appropriate deeds conveying said
property to the City free from encumbrance, said property to be
used for the proposed Van Buren Playground as a replacement for
the Bluff Playground which was taken by the State of Minnesota
• under appropriate condemnation proceedings, the transfer of title
to, tk�e City to be effective upon receipt of appropriate deeds from
said owners to the City; however, right to,ypossess�on in the City,

plugged and sealed with concrete;
