RESOLVED, That the Commissioner of Publia Worke be and is hereby ordered and directed:
1. To inveatigate the necesaity for, or desirability of, the'maldng of esid improvement.
2. To inveatigate the nature, extent a,nd eatimated coet of said improvement, and the total coat thereof.
3. To furnieh s plan, profile or sketch of said improvement.
4. To state whether or not eaid improvement is asked for on the petition of three or more ownere.
b. To report upon all of the foregoing matters to the Commiesioner of Ftinance.
