RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul that the
plans and specifications for the construction of sanitary sewer extensions
on EDITH DRIVE from Bellows Street to about 200 feet east of Charlton
Street for the City of West St. Paul, authorized by and� sub�ect to the
provisions, terms and conditions of the City of Saint Paul Ordinance No.
8829, approved October 23, 1946, for the connection of the public sewer
system of the City of West St. Paul with that of City of Saint Paul,
prepared by the Chief Engineer of said City and approved by the City
Council of West St. Paul, and heretofore submitted to and approved by;
the Commissioner of Public Works and the Chief Engineer, hereby are in
all things approved.
