30-car off-street, parking facility on property located on the
south side of Wheelock Parkway west of Edgerton Street, more
particularly described as Lot l, Block 1� lst Church of Nazarene�
in accordance with final plans dated September 29� 196�+; pro-
vided that said applica.nt-permittee shall make due comp�,3�oe
with all ordinances, sta�butes .and rules and regulations of
public authorities having cognizance.

This is in the matter of the application of the First
Church of the Nazarene to install and operate a 30-car ' �
, off-street parking lot -on property located on the south
side of Wheelock Parkway, �aest of Edgerton Street des-
cribed as Lot l, Block l, The Pirst Church of the Nazar-
- ene Addition. The property is zoned "A" Residence. '
The Board of Zoning considered this matter at its regular
meeting on September 10, 1964. The staff reported that
- the proposal met all of the requirements for this type
of facility and had been approved by the Traffic Engineer.
In consideration of these factors, �the Board of Zoning �
recommends the granting o� the application for a 30-car ,
off-street parking lot on the above-described property � `
in accordance with final plans dated September 29, 1964.
